Adult Gymnastics

Our adult sessions are suitable for all levels, from beginners to the more experienced gymnast. Our adult classes are fun, invigorating and will help you to get fit, making use of all of the equipment in our purpose built gym! Our strong team of fully qualified coaches are always on hand to provide support and advice where needed. 
 
We run adult classes on:
Tuesday - 20:30 - 22:00 - Structured
Sunday - 17:30 - 19:00 - Open Gym
 
All adult classes are £12 per session and all participants must have British Gymnastics insurance.
 
Bookings for Tuesday classes will close at 4:45pm. After this time, any additional bookings will require payment at the door, subject to availability.
 
*As this is a pay as you go class, we are unable to provide any refunds for missed classes.
 
**To ensure sessions run smoothly, please follow all safety instructions provided by our coaches. It's important that participants are supported only by our qualified coaches, not by each other. Thank you for your cooperation!
