ADULT

Our adult sessions are suitable for all levels, from beginners to the more experienced gymnast. We offer a range of classes from fully structured to supervised open sessions. Our adult classes are fun, invigorating and will help you to get fit, making use of all of the equipment in our purpose built gym! Our strong team of fully qualified coaches are always on hand to provide support and advice where needed.

To ensure sessions run smoothly, please follow all safety instructions provided by our coaches. It's important that participants are supported by our qualified coaches, not by each other. Thank you for your cooperation!

Bookings for Tuesday classes will close at 4:45pm. After this time, any additional bookings will require payment at the door, subject to availability.
