Our after-school gymnastics classes are perfect for children aged 4 (school age) to 17, offering a fun, structured way to build strength, coordination, and confidence. Gymnasts are grouped by age and ability to ensure the right balance of challenge and enjoyment, with every class led by fully qualified British Gymnastics coaches who are DBS-checked for safety and quality.
All classes follow our exclusive Woking Gymnastics Badge Programme, helping children track progress and stay motivated through milestones and awards like Gymnast of the Term and our annual Club Festival.

Novice

Reception to Y6
Our Novice Gymnastics classes are perfect for children ready to build confidence and skills in a fun, structured environment. Each session includes a warm-up, balance and coordination activities, and coaching across all apparatus. Gymnasts progress through stages by age and ability, developing strong foundations in every class.
Key Steps
1 to 2 hours
4 - 7 years
Our Key Steps classes are for gymnasts showing strong focus, dedication, and potential to excel. Through full training across all apparatus, these sessions build strength, skill, and confidence in a supportive setting. Entry is by coach selection only, with gymnasts invited from our Pre-school and Novice programmes.
Intermediate
1.5 hour
7 - 13 years
Our Intermediate Gymnastics classes are designed for gymnasts with solid foundational skills ready to take the next step. Each session includes a dynamic warm-up and coaching across all apparatus, focusing on strength, coordination, and confidence. Gymnasts begin connecting skills, learning basic tumbling, and progressing on artistic equipment in a fun, challenging environment.
Advanced
1.5 hour
8 - 17 years
Our Advanced Gymnastics classes are ideal for experienced gymnasts ready to refine technique and push their abilities further. With a strong focus on strength, flexibility, and performance quality, each session builds toward mastering more complex skills across all apparatus. Gymnasts deepen their understanding of movement, perfect existing skills, and progress with confidence every week.
Tumble

8+ years
Our Tumble Gymnastics classes focus on power, precision, and fun. Each session begins with a structured warm-up and drills to strengthen shapes and technique before moving onto floor, trampoline, and tumble track work. With four classes a week, gymnasts can progress at their own pace while mastering exciting tumbling skills.
