Class Description
Our Mummy & Baby Pilates class is a physio-led postnatal session designed to support mums as they safely rebuild strength after pregnancy and birth. Guided by experienced physiotherapist Julia, the class focuses on gentle core and pelvic floor recovery in a supportive, baby-friendly space. Mums are welcome to bring their baby along or attend on their own — whatever feels right for you. With small group sizes and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, it’s a wonderful way to move, reconnect with your body, and meet other like-minded mums. What to Bring: - Own mat - Mat for baby - Water only in non drip bottle

Cancellation Policy
Class Bookings: - Payment must be made before participating in any class. - Pre-booking via the WGC website is recommended. If not pre-booked, you may pay in person only if spaces are available. By not pre-booking, you accept that you may not be able to join the class. - No refunds, make-up sessions, or replacements are offered for missed classes. Membership & Eligibility: - WGC membership is not required for PAYG classes. - British Gymnastics (BG) membership is required for Adult, Drop-In Gymnastics, and Home Education PAYG classes — not for under-5s PAYG. - If you can’t provide a valid BG membership for a required class, you won’t be permitted to participate. Cancellations: - One month’s notice is required to cancel term-time class bookings, via email or phone. - Missed classes are non-refundable.
