Our pre-school classes are aimed to help with your child's development in their early years through structured activity and fun. The classes focus on learning through play and having fun in a safe environment. Each term we offer different themes in our classes to capture and stimulate your child's imagination. By doing this we look to encourage emotional well being and social competence to help provide a strong foundation for cognitive abilities and physical movement. All our coaches are British Gymnastics qualified.
Unstructured: 1 - 2 years (adult and child)
Have fun with your child in our British Gymnastics FUNdamentals themed programme developed to stimulate your child’s imagination and build on the essential core skills – strength, endurance, agility, balance, flexibility and co-ordination.
The class begins with a group warm up using songs and hand apparatus followed by exploration of our apparatus and imaginative themes. You and your child can spend as much or as little time as your child would like on each apparatus.
This class ends with a parachute cool down.

structured: 2 - 4 years (ADULT and child)
This class is structured and incorporates a group warm up using songs and hand apparatus followed by exploration of our gymnastics apparatus. The class is imaginatively themed and based on British Gymnastics FUNdamentals programme as in our unstructured class, but in this class you and your child will move from one apparatus to another by direction of the coach.
As your child develops, this class reinforces their listening, social and concentration skills as they learn to play and share equipment.

independent child: 3 years - school age
Your child is parent free in this class which begins with a group aerobic warm up and practice of their first gymnastics skills. Children work in small groups around the gym with a coach building on the skills they have learnt and which are recorded on their progression cards.
When your child has completed a series of skills outlined on their progression cards they will receive a certificate at the end of the term to reflect this.
Here you will see their confidence, social and motor skills grow.
