Week 2 Workout 4 Conditioning for Beginner and Novice Gymnasts 1. Crab Walks (30 seconds) 2. Squat Jumps (x10) 3. Press-ups (x10) 4. Calf Raises (x20) 5. Dish hold (20 seconds) Let’s see if our beginner and novice gymnasts can complete these exercises twice through!
