Freestyle Gymnastics is a fast growing discipline incorporating aspects of popular street activities such as Freerunning, Parkour and Tricking. Our Freestyle classes teach acrobatic floor and vault work, in a relaxed and safe environment. These exciting classes explore creative ways of moving across obstacles, providing an innovative means of keeping fit whilst developing strength, flexibility and spacial awareness.

Pay up front to secure a place in our classes and benefit from a more structured class that will help you to develop your skills in line with our syllabus of work. Our experienced freestyle coaches will teach you a range of freestyle skills on all apparatus.
PAY AS YOU GO classes
Our pay as you go classes offer more freedom for participants to concentrate on specific skills of their choice. Our experienced coaches will also be on hand to help with any skill requirements!

Our recreational classes run for 46 weeks of the year.
Monday 30th August - Sunday 19th December 2021
Please note: Classes run as usual through the half terms and the Easter holidays (excluding Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday). We will be closed throughout August and for two weeks at Christmas.
These classes require insurance which is £19 annually paid directly to British Gymnastics.
