Competition Groups
These gymnasts range from five to sixteen years of age and take part in County and Regional level Floor and Vault Competitions.
They work their way progressively through the competition system ranging from Key Steps for our youngest members through to Gold for our more advanced gymnasts.
Progression through this system is dependent on the gymnasts score in each competition.
Gymnasts for these groups are chosen from our general recreational classes and their hours range from 1½ to 5 hours per week.
Gymnasts compete throughout the year in both individual and team competitions.
