Pegasus Open 2009

On Saturday June 27th the 2009 Pegasus Open took place in Maidstone Kent.  Woking had 7 gymnasts competing throughout the day.
In the U12 age category Tobias Brewer and Miki Chu competed well with Tobias collecting bronze on floor.  
In the Open age Grant Gardiner finished 2nd, with his highest score to date (81.3) and collected 5 apparatus medals.
The final round of a very long, hot day was the U14 age category, Tom Defina, Connor Brookes, Drew Clark and Bradley McBride all competed.  Tom finished an excellent 5th in a very tough age group, also collecting gold on pommels. Connor Brookes finished 7th, while Drew Clark and Bradley McBride only competed on a few apparatus due to injury.
